He practices a medical osteopathy which mainly addresses dysfunctions of the locomotor system and the peripheral nervous system but also digestive or jaw problems. L’ostéopathie est une approche thérapeutique manuelle douce qui se fonde sur une vision globale de la structure du corps humain. L’ostéopathe va pratiquer des manipulations manuelles du système musculo-squelettique et utiliser des techniques de relâchement myofascial afin de soulager les tensions, les déséquilibres et les douleurs.

Par exemple l’ostéopathe peut soigner les maux de dos, les entorses, le stress, les règles douloureuses ou encore les migraines. L’ostéopathie est à visée préventive et curative. Un ostéopathe peut recevoir différents types de patients : des nourrissons, des enfants, des sportifs, des femmes enceintes ou encore des seniors.

There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. For example, a common backache may result from excessive fatigue in the foot or a malfunctioning jaw. Similarly, would you ever have imagined that overloading the intestines can induce headaches? Our body is a machine with complex gears and countless transmission belts. During his osteopathic degree (D.O), he was an osteopath at the Saint Guidon clinic & at BUCOPA within the Erasmus Hospital. This experience allowed him to put his knowledge into practice and to better understand the realities of the professional environment. He also realized in the framework of his dissertations, a study on the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment in patients with chronic neck pain in 2018 and 2019. To update his knowledge, he took part in several conferences on: Cervical Spine, Soft Tissue and Osteopathy State of the Art. Committed to defend the rights and recognition of osteopathy, osteopaths and their patients, he became a member of the Union Professionnelle des Ostéopathes de Belgique.
