Je prends en charge tous troubles de l’appareil neuro-musculo-squelettique (« blocage », torticolis, cervicalgie, lombalgie, sciatique, tendinite, entorse, douleurs à la mâchoire…), que le contexte soit aigu ou chronique. Je reçois aussi bien les enfants, les adultes, les sportifs, les femmes enceintes que les seniors. J’accorde une grande importance à la communication, l’écoute du patient, le tout à travers une démarche bienveillante, médicale, critique et scientifique.

I practice osteopathy with a global vision of health. I treat all types of patients: infants, children, adolescents, pregnant women, the elderly and athletes. After a baccalaureate in medicine at the UCL, Timothée studied osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy in England. He obtained a Master's degree in osteopathy (First Class Honors) and is an assistant for the International Department. Not limited to traditional osteopathy, his approach is based on three principles: understand through neuroscience, relieve through manual therapy and prevent through movement. His background allows him to combine an approach of health both scientific and holistic. Working in a team often leads to better results for patients, he follows continuing training in Multidisciplinary Algology (pain science) at UCL. Timothée is a musician and amateur sportsman, passionate about the human body and has as the objective of making you independent as quickly as possible.

Julien Legrain has been a D.O. osteopath since 2017, graduated from the IAO. He was a lecturer in this same school, between 2018 and 2021. There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. For example, a common backache may result from excessive fatigue in the foot or a malfunctioning jaw. Similarly, would you ever have imagined that overloading the intestines can induce headaches? Our body is a machine with complex gears and countless transmission belts. Being able to find the right key to interpret when the warning light of pain turns on, identifying its origin, looking at the patient in all his complexity, and being able to guarantee him lasting benefit are the greatest satisfaction that this work can give me.

Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Having done my studies in English as well as working in England for a few years, I am more than happy to see any non-French speaking patient and will be able to communicate easily
