Osteopath since 2019, Emilie Plennevaux studied at the Free University of Brussels (ULB) where she obtained respectively the diplomas of: Bachelor in motor science with osteopathy orientation in 2016 , Master in motor science with general orientation, with osteopathy finality in 2018 and a master of specialization in osteopathy in 2019. During her training, osteopath Emilie Plennevaux realized an experimental Dissertation on the Study of the validitý of two tuning forks of different frequencies in the case of suspected fracture. She also completed a dissertation on the contribution of osteopathy in the treatment of pain of the osteo ligamentary system during pregnancy. Passionate and thirsty for knowledge, Emilie Plennevaux has participated in several conferences including : Congress - Osteopathic Medicine for the Paediatric Population. She is also a member of the UPOB association. The osteopath Emilie Plennevaux is specialized in pre and post partum, Baby and Adolescent and has practiced in different practices such as: Dieweg paramedical center and Centre Solilau. This has allowed her to strengthen her skills in osteopathy and to prove her know-how to the public. Osteopath Alice Ducarme graduated in 2013 from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve with a degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. She will finish her Osteopathy studies at the IAO (The International Academy Of Osteopathy) in January 2021. She receives her patients in consultation at the Ducarme-Gustin practice in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert every Monday, Tuesday morning, Thursday and Friday morning. On Tuesdays and Fridays mornings the consultations take place at the Montgomery Medical Center in Etterbeek.

I also specialize in temporomandibular joint disorders, as well as pediatric and perinatal care. Osteopathy is a manual diagnostic and therapeutic approach that targets joint and tissue mobility restrictions. Using different techniques, the osteopath aims to relieve pain and associated disorders, helping to restore the body's function and rebalance it as a whole. Osteopathy is aimed at all populations: adults, elderly people, infants, pregnant women and athletes.

Graduated from ULB after 6 years of training (a bachelor's degree and 2 master's degrees), I welcome you for your pain and/or blockages of the musculoskeletal system; namely everything relating to muscles, joints and nerves. You are therefore welcome for any acute or chronic problem of low back pain, neck pain, jaw pain/clicking, after-effects of sprains, contractures, inter-costal neuralgia… I also offer support for the pregnancy as well as relief from abdominal pain linked to stress or organic pathologies (Crohn's, UCHR, gastrointestinal reflux). Osteopathy has also demonstrated its effectiveness in the treatment of tension headaches, which are headaches caused by lack of sleep, stress or poor posture. My personal journey made me discover osteopathy by chance. Since childhood, I have always been attracted to the medical field and the art of healing. But in a situation where conventional medicine and medications could not help me, it was thanks to osteopathy and the healing power of the hands that I was able to get better. So I wanted to study myself and learn how to “unblock” others without resorting to medication. I am also very interested in the psychological and emotional dimension of any illness, and this is among other things why I decided to take Chinese medicine courses at the same time at E.T.T.C. in Namur (I do not yet practice in this discipline). This different approach to the human body will allow me to deepen the holistic vision of the person and their illness. I pay particular attention to welcoming you with kindness and active listening, in order to allow the letting go and relaxation essential to healing. Impliquée dans le sport depuis un très jeune âge, Laurane Le Fort toujours été passionnée par le corps humain et ses réactions face aux blessures et dérèglements dont il peut être affecté. Très vite, elle a été attirée par la kinésithérapie pour le contact humain et cet attrait du corps. My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people.
