There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. For example, a common backache may result from excessive fatigue in the foot or a malfunctioning jaw. Similarly, would you ever have imagined that overloading the intestines can induce headaches? Our body is a machine with complex gears and countless transmission belts. I graduated in physical therapy and rehabilitation at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2016), I am also specialized in manual therapy and I am currently studying osteopathy at the BELSO. I am still interested in many training projects such as acupuncture among others. I also attend many seminars throughout the year and keep myself regularly informed of new discoveries in the fields of physical therapy and osteopathy. Since 2016, I have been practicing at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic/rheumatology outpatient department as well as in the orthopedic-neurological outpatient revalidation department. I am also in charge of the "Back School" program which started in 2021 in the same hospital. I am a registered therapist and therefore apply the current INAMI rates. My approach focuses on addressing the underlying physical and bio-mechanical causes of your health problems, supporting your body's self-healing capacity.

Each treatment lasts at least 60 to 90 minutes, and is eligible for partial reimbursed by your health insurance. I speak English, French, Dutch, and German.

He is now part of the multidisciplinary team of BACK in Bruxelles center, as well as in Laeken too. Thanks to a meticulous approach, these osteopathic sessions are focused on the various complaints of the patient. Pier-Luigi Cianci is specialized in the treatment of adults, teenagers and athletes of all levels. He did his final study on the management and biomechanics of low back pain. Curious to understand the functioning of the human body and passionate about manual medicine, I completed a 6-year course at the Université Libre de Bruxelles before obtaining my osteopathic diploma. Today, I consult in several multidisciplinary practices in Brussels where I ensure a precise, gentle and patient-friendly treatment.
