Charline van Wessem is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from ISEK in 2018. She is specialized in Sports Physiotherapy and Adult Neurology. She also offers care in general physiotherapy, pre/post natal, orthopedic senology, rheumatology, geriatrics,... . She currently works in private practice in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert and at the CHU Brugmann (Maternity, multidisciplinary ambulatory consultations in Neurology). Sessions can be held in French or in English.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Depuis plus de 20 ans , je m'occupe de la préparation physique d'athlètes de tous niveaux du professionnel à l'amateur .

Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. In addition to my initial training, I followed sports physiotherapy courses in Paris, obtained a university certificate in orthopedic manual therapy at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), and followed training in physical assessment and preparation for University of Poitiers.
