Filipa Nogal, midwife, graduated from the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles Ilya Prigogine where she obtained a bachelor degree in midwifery in 2013. Very early in life, I had the desire to accompany women, to surround them, support them and help them take care of themselves. The profession of midwife seemed obvious to me, at the age when I was developing myself as a young woman. Shortly after my midwifery studies, I felt the need to integrate a more global and person-centered vision into my way of working. So I began studying naturopath, which led me to a more holistic and natural approach to care and health.​ In 2018, I became a member of the Le Fil de la Naissance association, made up of independent midwives. This is how I started postpartum home care.​ In 2022, following an injury and a growing need to refocus my care, I also joined the Périmouv'Santé multidisciplinary center, to welcome women into practices in Schaerbeek.
