Diplômée depuis 1992 de l'institut Paul Lambin (Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci), je pratique en milieu hospitalier principalement en pneumologie, soins intensifs et diabétologie mais assure le suivi également des autres pathologies. Je prends le temps de vous faire comprendre votre maladie, son mode de fonctionnement et les adaptations alimentaires qui en découlent. J'élabore avec votre collaboration un plan alimentaire réaliste et durable. Je peux vous accompagner pour une perte de poids, pour un équilibrage alimentaire, pour adapter votre alimentation en fonction de trouble métabolique (diabète, insulinorésistance, hypoglycémie réactionnelle...), de problèmes cardiaques (HTA, hypercholestérolémie...) , de troubles digestifs (gastriques, hépatiques, intestinaux), d'intolérance alimentaire (lactose, gluten)...
