Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. Moi c'est Marie, diplômée de l'UCLouvain et formée en kinésithérapie du sport, je met mes connaissances et mon énergie au profit de mes patients pour proposer des séances adaptées à leurs besoin. 

J'accorde beaucoup d'importance à optimiser la récupération et la performance de mes patients. 

Passionnée de course à pied, cyclisme et danse (plus particulièrement les danses urbaines et la pole dance) je me ferai un plaisir de vous accompagner dans votre rééducation dans une ambiance dynamique et bienveillante. 

Curieuse de nature, je m'intéresse au corps humain avec un intérêt pour les membres supérieurs ainsi que l'articulation du genou. 

Je pratique le crochetage et j'aime beaucoup aborder l'aspect nutrition avec mes patients.

Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'UCLouvain, j'ai continué à me former dans le domaine du musculo-squelettique avec un second master. Je suis également thérapeute manuelle. Je peux me déplacer à domicile. Je propose une approche centrée sur le patient avec un traitement personnalisé aux besoins de chacun.

I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the HEPH in Condorcet and have followed a training in respiratory physiotherapy. I practice general, orthopedic, traumatological and respiratory physiotherapy. Kinésithérapeute passionné, diplômé d’un Master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation (2019), j’exerce depuis plus de 2022 en cabinet et à domicile. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

I hold a Master's degree in physiotherapy from Parnasse ISEI, specializing in Low Back Pain. I practice general physiotherapy, respiratory physiotherapy (child and adult), sports, pre-post operative, trauma, lymphatic drainage... I welcome you to my office in the Wavre-Limal medical space located at 22 Venelle du bois de la pierre 1300 Wavre and I also come to your home. I can express myself in French or English.
