I worked for 3 years in Portugal as a physiotherapist and I used that time to invest as much as I could in courses so that I could provide quality treatments to my patients. 

My main goal is to continue investing in gaining more and more knowledge so that I can apply it in my clinical practice. I'm a big fan of quality treatments and good follow-up with patients. That makes all the difference to the patient's progress.

I'm very involved in the musculoskeletal area and for this reason I treat pathologies such as back, shoulder, elbow, knee pain, I work a lot on post-operative rehabilitation and also with tendonitis, bursitis and calcifications.

I love doing treatments that involve acupuncture because I really like the quick and long-lasting results, and acupuncture allows me to do that. That's why I really enjoy combining my knowledge of physiotherapy with my knowledge of acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine).

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Graduated from HELB in 2014, I am specialized in sports physiotherapy and manual therapy I am also certified from the runner's clinic. I take care of sports and musculoskeletal pathologies in general. I take care of consultations at the Total Physio office based at 57 Rue de Baron de Castro, Etterbeek 1040. I am open on Mondays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 2pm, Wednesdays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm and also on Fridays from 12:30pm to 2pm.

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. Damien Chavalle is a physical therapist with 2 years of experience, he is specialized in sports physical therapy, manual therapy and neurology. The treatments offered are mainly active, attentive to patients and personalized according to your needs. I am a licensed physiotherapist (this means that the price of the session is higher than the price of the INAMI and therefore the reimbursement will be lower). For VIPO/BIM people, the rates and reimbursements will be those of INAMI.
