Alain Degols est psychothérapeute depuis 10 ans et juriste depuis près de 25 ans. Intervenant stratégique au sein des entreprises (employeur/travailleur) et au sein des familles (conjoints, ascendants/descendants), il est spécialiste du burn-out, des conflits familiaux et des troubles liés à l'angoisse, au stress et à l'anxiété. Il est diplômé en psychothérapie systémique (IGB), titulaire d'un master en droit (UCL) et est co-fondateur du centre belge de médiation familiale. Alexandra Dimitropoulou est psychologue depuis 2023, spécialisée en psychologie clinique et en psychopathologie. Elle a étudié à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, où elle a obtenu son master en psychologie clinique. Elle est par ailleurs certifiée en victimologie et en psychotraumatologie ainsi qu’en psychiatrie en âge de transition (16-23 ans). Soucieuse du bien-être et passionnée par l’étude et l’analyse du comportement humain, elle part du vécu singulier de chaque patient et propose des consultations psychologiques individuelles pour adultes dans le cadre de la prise en charge du burnout, des troubles de l’humeur (trouble dépressif), troubles anxieux et trouble de stress post-traumatique.

Psychologue clinicienne, je propose des consultations individuelles de tout âge. Je reçois également des personnes en situation de handicap qu’il soit mental ou physique. Mon approche est intégrative, c’est-à-dire qu’elle s’appuie sur plusieurs manières de penser la psychologie. Passionnée par le fonctionnement psychique humain depuis mon plus jeune âge, j’ai à cœur de mettre la santé mentale à la même place que la santé physique, c'est à dire, au centre des préoccupations. Il est pour moi important de la prendre en compte afin de vivre une vie sereine et épanouie. Que ce soit en cabinet ou en ligne, je vous reçois afin de vous accompagner dans votre cheminement de vie. I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities.
