Having followed a pro ice hockey team for several years, I also treat athletes. Osteopathy is a technique of care that aims to determine and treat mobility restrictions that can affect all structures of the human body. Any loss of mobility of the joints, muscles, ligaments or viscera can cause an imbalance in health. I also practice as a physical therapist. The physiotherapist is the practitioner in charge of muscle strengthening, endurance and mobility of people with functional limitations. Graduated with distinction from HELB in physiotherapy, I have been passionate about this profession since I was very young. My academic career has been enriched by numerous internships in various healthcare environments, notably in nursing homes, hospitals and in physiotherapy practices. I like human contact, whether with children, adults or the elderly. I quickly discovered my passion for end-of-life support and pediatrics and I aspire to specialize in these areas to bring a more rigorous approach and greater comfort to my practice. My approach as a physiotherapist is characterized by my deep empathy, my positive dynamic, my ability to reassure patients and my rigor in my care. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the well-being and health of my patients while creating a warm and safe environment for their rehabilitation. Il est également spécialisé dans la prise en charge maxillo-faciale (ATM). Actuellement en formation continue en kinésithérapie du sport à Paris, il applique une approche thérapeutique basée sur une compréhension approfondie des besoins spécifiques de chaque patient. Son engagement à rester à la pointe des avancées en kinésithérapie assure des soins personnalisés et efficaces.

Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. I am a member of the Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which guarantees a continuous training. I have always had a great interest in sports and horses. I am currently training in equine osteopathy. It is with great enthusiasm that I put into practice all that I have learned during these years of study and it is with pleasure that I will welcome you.

Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation en 2021 à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'y ai effectué des stages dans divers domaines tels que l'orthopédie, la revalidation cardiaque, la pédiatrie ou encore la gériatrie... J'ai donc acquis une solide expérience en travaillant avec divers patients, de l'enfant au senior en passant par l'athlète. L'approche holistique et la bonne relation patient-thérapeute sont essentielles pour moi car je place le patient au cœur du traitement. Je suis passionné par le corps humain, le bien-être physique et le sport (principalement le football et la course à pied). En quête de perfectionnement, j'envisage de participer à d'autres formations continues.
