Psychologue clinicien diplômé d'un Master en sciences psychologiques (Clinique et psychopathologie), je prends en charge les patients (adolescents, adultes et seniors) pour les problématiques suivantes : épuisement professionnel (burnout), addiction (tabac, alcool, drogue), dépression, troubles anxieux et stress, gestion émotionelle, accompagnement dans le deuil, phobies, troubles obsessionnels compulsifs. Je travaille selon une approche cognitivo-comportementale ; cette approche a pour intérêt de modifier les comportements et pensées problématiques par des conduites plus appropriées dans un esprit de respect, collaboration, transparence et d'incitation à l'action.

Je peux vous recevoir également au Centre Rectaversa (Woluwe-Saint-Pierre) les lundi et jeudi matin. Pour cela, vous pouvez passer par le site Rosa.be afin de prendre rdv en ligne.

Je suis navrée mais je ne prends plus de nouveaux patients.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je reçois des adultes en individuel, en couple ou accompagné de leurs proches dans un cadre chaleureux, sécurisant et bienveillant. Ma pratique est « intégrative » : je m’appuie sur le courant systémique et l’approche humaniste, tout en y ajoutant des outils TCCE et de l’hypnose en fonction de vos besoins. Je travaille également beaucoup avec les émotions, la thérapie ACT et différents médias (livre, image, vidéo, métaphore, Dixit, ...).

Le principe essentiel dans ma rencontre avec vous est la co-construction : vous êtes le mieux placé pour savoir ce que vous vivez et ressentez et je me positionne comme une aide à votre propre exploration. Je vois mon métier comme l’accompagnement de mes patients dans la compréhension et l’appropriation de leur existence, ainsi que dans leurs propres transformations. C’est pourquoi une séance avec moi est un véritable échange et non pas une discussion à sens unique.

Mes domaines de prédilection sont les questions existentielles, le rapport aux autres, la gestion des émotions, l’assertivité et confiance en soi ainsi que les troubles de l'humeur et le burnout professionnel.

Soucieuse de répondre au mieux à vos besoins, je continue de me former pour vous offrir la prise en charge la plus pertinente possible.

Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary.
