Diplômée en psychologie en 2001 à l'UCL, je me suis d'abord formée à la psychothérapie avec les enfants puis à l'accompagnement des tout-petits (0 - 3 ans). Rencontrer un enfant ne se fait pas sans écouter, et parfois accompagner, ceux qui l'entourent et l'aident à grandir. Progressivement, je me suis donc également formée à travailler avec des adultes, parents ou pas. Aujourd'hui, je reçois tous ceux, petits et grands, qui à un moment de leur vie rencontrent une difficulté, s'interrogent ou sont en souffrance.

I have been a physical therapist since 1982, an osteopath in 1994 and a hypnotherapist since 2019. I am also a former trainer in specialization in the following institutions: SERK, CREA, ISCAM, SOFCOK, PARNASSE, BELSO, VALIDA. Punctual, I practice in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe at my private practice, the Centre Didier Abattucci D.O. (Zenithstraat 63). As a hypnotherapist specialized in hypnosis, in specialized kinesiology (with many specializations) and in osteopathy, I practice in a healthy and recovery-friendly environment. Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Having done my studies in English as well as working in England for a few years, I am more than happy to see any non-French speaking patient and will be able to communicate easily

Ms. Kints is a psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She is a clinical psychologist and offers consultations for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. She has a degree in psychology obtained in 2000, as well as a diploma of complementary studies obtained in 2001. She is also specialized as a family and couple therapist. She is a member of several associations and also performs psychotherapy thanks to her various trainings. With more than 10 years of experience in family planning and in private practice, she will be happy to receive you and help you during the consultations she offers in her private practice in Braine-Le-Château.

En tant que psychologue clinicienne, je me suis spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des individus confrontés à des états de crise au cours de leur parcours. La crise se manifeste lorsque l’individu est confronté à des événements, internes ou externes, qui perturbent son équilibre psychique. Elle peut surgir à la suite d’un changement soudain, d’une rupture dans sa vie ou même de l’évolution du comportement d’une personne. Cependant, la crise représente également une opportunité de changement, un moment fécond où des transformations significatives peuvent survenir. Ma pratique psychothérapeutique se concentre sur la prise en charge des individus en proie à des crises émotionnelles et psychologiques, ainsi que des troubles tels que le syndrome d’anxiété généralisée, le syndrome de stress post traumatique, la dépression, le burn-out, et bien d’autres. Je m’engage à offrir un espace thérapeutique sûr et bienveillant où les patients peuvent explorer et comprendre les racines de leur état de tension et de leurs souffrances. Dans un premier temps, nous travaillons ensemble pour identifier les facteurs déclencheurs et les schémas de pensée qui contribuent à ces troubles. En utilisant des techniques de thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC), de la thérapie interpersonnelle, ainsi qu’une approche centrée sur la personne, nous explorons les émotions, les pensées et les comportements associés à ces troubles. Mon objectif est d’aider les patients à développer des stratégies d’adaptation saines et efficaces pour faire face aux défis de la vie et à surmonter ces troubles. Nous travaillons sur la gestion du stress, la résolution de problèmes, la régulation émotionnelle et la construction de ressources internes pour favoriser la résilience. Chaque parcours thérapeutique est unique et adapté aux besoins spécifiques de chaque individu. Ensemble, nous collaborons pour créer un plan de traitement personnalisé qui favorise la croissance personnelle, le bien-être émotionnel à long terme, et la réduction des symptômes associés à ces troubles. Mes services sont destinés aux adultes à partir de l'âge de 17 ans, et je propose également des séances individuelles ou en couple.

Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel. 

Mon expérience de plus de 20 ans m’a amené à travailler autour de nombreuses problématiques : troubles anxieux, dépendances, difficultés conjugales, troubles relationnels, deuils, toutes formes de situation de victimisation (agressions sexuelles, violences conjugales,  traumas…), burn-out, difficultés dans la sphère professionnelle, gestion du stress.

Je suis fortement sensibilisé aux questions concernant l’identité et/ou l’identité sexuelle.
