During my studies in Psychology at the University of Liege, I was mainly interested in cognitive and behavioral psychology as well as in neuropsychology. These studies now form the basis of my practice with an adult population. Afterwards, while working, I continued to learn and train. Among others, I continued to learn about motivational interviewing, ACT therapy, mindfulness, psycho-education, ... As for my professional career, after several years of expertise for the justice system and work on addictions as a psychologist, my skills as a neuropsychologist have allowed me to focus on supporting people suffering from Alzheimer's disease (or another disease of the same type) as well as their loved ones and professionals in the field. After graduating in clinical psychology at the ULB, Florianne Siegrist trained in family and systemic therapy at the CEFS (Center for Family and System Studies), then in brief therapy and hypnosis with Thierry Melchior. She has also been trained in RTP (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) with Gerald Brassine. She consults in French, English and receives school children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in her private practice in Dion le Val, near Wavre and Louvain la Neuve.
