Consulting a psychologist can also be a way of working on yourself and getting to know yourself better. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

Alain Degols est psychothérapeute depuis 10 ans et juriste depuis près de 25 ans. Intervenant stratégique au sein des entreprises (employeur/travailleur) et au sein des familles (conjoints, ascendants/descendants), il est spécialiste du burn-out, des conflits familiaux et des troubles liés à l'angoisse, au stress et à l'anxiété. Il est diplômé en psychothérapie systémique (IGB), titulaire d'un master en droit (UCL) et est co-fondateur du centre belge de médiation familiale. Il vous accueille dans ses cabinets situés à Uccle et à Jette.

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime. Fort de mon expérience et de mes formations, je vous offre un espace, bienveillant et sécurisé, à une approche qui ouvre à un choix important de stratégies thérapeutiques et d’outils pratiques destinés à favoriser votre créativité.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.
