Je vous reçois au sein du centre Harmovia, un cabinet pluridisciplinaire que j’ai cofondé avec ma sœur, logopède.

Je suis spécialisé en kinésithérapie sportive et dans la rééducation des articulations temporo-mandibulaires (ATM) ainsi que du visage.

Je propose également des séances à domicile, notamment pour les personnes âgées ou au sein de clubs de football et de basketball, domaines dans lesquels j’ai déjà exercé.

Mon approche est centrée sur l’écoute, la précision du geste et une rééducation adaptée à chaque profil.

I am welcoming you at Harmovia, a multidisciplinary practice I co-founded with my sister, a speech therapist.

My specialties include sports physiotherapy and jaw and facial rehabilitation (TMJ disorders).

I also provide home-based sessions for elderly patients and have previous experience working with professional football and basketball teams.

My approach combines attentive care, technical precision, and personalized treatment for every patient.

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en 2022, je suis passionnée par le fonctionnement du corps humain et animée par l’envie d’accompagner mes patients dans leur rétablissement et leur bien-être.

Mon parcours sportif m’a permis de développer une approche dynamique et personnalisée de la kinésithérapie, que j’applique dans différents domaines tels que l’orthopédie, la traumatologie, la gériatrie, et bien d’autres.

Mon objectif est de guider mes patients tout au long de leur remise en forme en leur fournissant les informations nécessaires pour optimiser leur récupération, tout en les aidant à retrouver leur pleine mobilité.

Kinésithérapeute conventionné, je vous accueille à Thieffry dans notre centre multidisciplinaire "I care Center". Vous pouvez me consulter pour une séance pré-opératoire ou une revalidation post-opératoire (genou, hanche et épaule), pour des problèmes musculosquelettiques/orthopédiques. Je suis aussi capable de vous procurer des soins afin de vous libérer des douleurs lombaires (dos) et cervicales (cou). Dans ma pratique quotidienne, je place le patient au centre de traitement et l'encourage à être acteur de son propre traitement. Je propose des séances qui s'adaptent à vos besoins. Lors de votre première visite, un bilan sera effectué afin de fixer conjointement les objectifs que vous souhaitez atteindre et le traitement que je peux vous proposer.

IMPORTANT!! Starting in November 2025, consultations in Etterbeek will take place at “Boulevard Louis Schmidt 10, 1040 Etterbeek” on Mondays (afternoon/evening) and Thursdays (morning + afternoon/evening). Consultations in Woluwe Saint Pierre will take place on Tuesday (afternoon/evening).

I only practice osteopathy in my office. Consultations are in French, English, Arabic or Armenian. I treat adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies).  After completing my physiotherapy studies at the Lebanese University, I came to Belgium to study osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Passionate about the biomechanics of the body and human anatomy, I work as an assistant in the ULB functional anatomy laboratory, assisting medical students with practical anatomy work.

I graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2011. During my professional career, I have specialised in different fields (sports rehabilitation, urogynaecology, respiratory...). These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. The passion I have for my work, my professional experience and my various training courses enable me to respond to the problems and needs encountered by patients. My therapeutic approach is rigorous, educational, dynamic and respectful of all.

Titulaire d’un Master en Kinésithérapie de la Haute École de Bruxelles HE2B ISEK, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’effectuer de nombreux stages enrichissants dans divers domaines de la rééducation, tels que la revalidation orthopédique, le service ambulatoire, la rééducation cardio-respiratoire, la gériatrie, ainsi que la neurologie adulte et pédiatrique.

Ces expériences m'ont permis de développer une approche globale et personnalisée pour chaque patient. Passionnée par la prise en charge des douleurs chroniques, des lombalgies, des affections musculo-squelettiques et de la traumatologie, je m'efforce de toujours proposer un traitement adapté et ciblé pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de mes patients. 

Mon objectif est de les accompagner tout au long de leur rééducation, en tenant compte de leurs particularités et de leur quotidien.

Souhaitant constamment élargir mes compétences, mon objectif professionnel est de me former régulièrement dans des techniques avancées, telle que la thérapie manuelle, le dry needling, le crochetage et la fasciathérapie dans le but d'offrir une prise en charge de plus en plus complète et moderne.

Je mets un point d’honneur à établir une relation de confiance avec mes patients, dans le but de les aider à retrouver une qualité de vie dans les meilleures conditions possibles.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (Maidstone, UK) with a Master in Osteopathy, after obtaining a bachelor's degree in osteopathy at the ULB (Brussels). During all these years, I have acquired a passion for the human body and his functions. My bicultural background has given me the opportunity to become familiar with a wide range of techniques: structural, myotensive, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral... I have a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB with Great Distinction and I practice general physiotherapy. I am therefore able to provide you with care and to accompany you in your rehabilitation: orthopedic, geriatric, cardiological or neurological. For athletes, my experience in the field will also help you to return to competition in the best conditions. I am available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
