I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.

As a registered physiotherapist, I attach great importance to an individualized and holistic treatment of each of my patients. Elena Trifan, has a master's degree in physical therapy and specializes in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation. She treats all disorders of the gynecological, urological, proctological, pelvic floor and abdominal girdle. In addition, she deals with all problems of the maxillofacial sphere (adults) and cardiovascular disorders.

Graduated in 2020 from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in revalidation of sport. Melvin Gastmans is specialised in sports, orthopaedic, traumatological pathologies and chronic problems of the musculoskeletal system. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear.
