As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

My role is to support you, listen to you attentively and guide you towards an optimal state of well-being. Each approach I take is tailored to your specific situation. During the first consultation, I carry out a systematic history by discussing your needs and objectives with you in order to define how we could shape the journey towards your well-being. If necessary, I can also direct you to other specialized professionals corresponding to more specific or complex issues. I am registered with the Commission of Psychologists. You can therefore benefit from partial reimbursement for psychological consultation sessions, in accordance with the conditions established by your mutual insurance company. My area of ​​expertise is focused on adults, as individuals, as a couple or as a family, from the age of 18. Currently, I am engaged in continuing education to obtain the inter-university certificate in alcoholology. Thanks to her experience in psychiatric institutions, she will be able to treat anxiety disorders, emotional management, depression, affective disorders, low self-esteem, etc. She is passionate about mental health and psychological well-being. Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities.
