I specialise in sleep disorders and difficulties related to sexuality, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship problems. I offer caring and inclusive psychological support (LGBTQIA+), adapted to your specific needs.

My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. My approach is centered on individuals and couples, with the aim of promoting your well-being and personal development. 

Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. It can happen that we feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of these difficulties, and in such cases it can be beneficial to consult a psychologist. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

Je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en psychologie de l’Université Paul Valéry de Montpellier, ainsi que d’un master en psychologie clinique obtenu à l’Université libre de Bruxelles.

Actuellement, je poursuis une formation continue en vue de devenir psychothérapeute systémicienne spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des familles et des couples.

Je travaille dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse, où j’assure le suivi de jeunes pris en charge dans le cadre de mesures judiciaires ordonnées par le tribunal de la jeunesse.
