Clinical psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve, she welcomes teenagers or adults for individual interviews around various problems in order to bring them the best possible solutions (Self-esteem, self-confidence, motivation, Emotional management, Relational difficulties, Stress and difficulties related to work, Emotional disorders related to anxiety, Post-traumatic stress disorder (loss, bereavement, victim of violence...), EMDR, parental exhaustion, mental load, sadness affects and depressive syndrome)

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

I was also interested in the dynamics that exist between hierarchical superiors, employees as well as that of colleagues among themselves. ​ Today, in addition to my Master's degree in psychology, I am a certified coach and I support you in requests such as: ​ 1. Psychologue clinicienne spécialisée en psychologie clinique de l’adulte et en psychotraumatologie, je propose des accompagnements individuels en respectant le rythme de chacun, dans un espace sûr et non jugeant.

Mon approche est centrée sur les émotions et le vécu psycho-corporel et s’appuie principalement sur des outils issus des thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC).

Que vous rencontriez des difficultés passagères, des périodes de vulnérabilité ou des problématiques singulières (anxiété, estime de soi, difficultés émotionnelles, question identitaire, deuil, expérience traumatique, etc..) c’est dans un cadre bienveillant et sécurisant que je vous recevrai. 

Mon travail s’appuie sur l’écoute active, la compréhension des expériences émotionnelles et la conviction que chaque personne possède en elle les ressources pour évoluer et s’ajuster à ce qu’elle traverse.

J’ai à cœur d’orienter les suivis psychologiques selon vos besoins, en donnant du sens à ce que vous traversez et en développant ensemble des stratégies adaptées pour favoriser votre apaisement et restaurer une cohérence de soi.

Par mes accompagnements, je souhaite soutenir chaque personne dans la redécouverte d’un rapport apaisé, clair et ancré à elle-même.

Je suis psychologue clinicienne agréée, et j'accueille adolescent.es (à partir de 15 ans) et adultes au centre Evidence-psy, à Ixelles.

Je vous reçois pour des problématiques d'anxiété, de burn out, de mal être, de difficultés relationnelles et/ou familiales, pour des questionnements liés à votre parentalité.

Je suis en cours de formation en EMDR, je peux actuellement vous accueillir pour des traumas simples (non chroniques ou relationnel).

Je vous accueille dans un cadre bienveillant, confidentiel et sans jugement, où nous allons évoluer ensemble dans le travail thérapeutique, en fonction de vos demandes et besoins. Ma pratique se veut inclusive pour toustes. C’est un espace queer friendly.

Je facture chaque séance 65€ pour 45/50minutes. Une partie peut être prise en charge par votre mutuelle, selon ses conditions. Le paiement se fait par QR/virement.

En cas d'annulation ou modification, merci de m'avertir au minimum 24h à l'avance. Dans le cas contraire je me réserve le droit de vous facturer la séance.
