She is trained at the runner's clinic, in lumbo-pelvic manual therapy, in sports physiotherapy and in post-natal physiotherapy. Diplômé à l’ULB en 2019 et ayant un atrait pour le sport, j’ai directement suivi un master complémentaire en pathologie sportive que j’ai terminé en 2020. Par la suite j’ai également suivi une formation en kinésithérapie de la main. J’ai travaillé dans beaucoup de différents domaines pour aujourd’hui me consacrer pleinement à la kinésithérapie orthopédique, traumatologique et sportive. J’ai fait divers autres formations notamment sur la gestion de la douleur, le renforcement musculaire, l’arthrose, etc. Je prévois de continuer à me former régulièrement.

Kinésithérapeute diplômé, je propose un accompagnement personnalisé pour aider chaque patient à atteindre ses objectifs de santé. Hortense practices general physiotherapy (orthopedic, traumatological and rheumatological pathologies as well as neurological revalidation, treatment of cardio-respiratory disorders as well as musculoskeletal conditions, etc.). Trained in myo-aponeurotic hooking, Hortense is dynamic and keen to offer each person an individualized and holistic treatment.

Diplômée en 2023 de l’ULB, je suis une kinésithérapeute attentive pour qui le confort et le bien-être du patient sont prioritaires. J’accorde une grande importance à la collaboration : définir ensemble des objectifs clairs et encourager le patient à être acteur de son traitement fait pleinement partie de ma pratique.
