Mon parcours sportif m’a permis de développer une approche dynamique et personnalisée de la kinésithérapie, que j’applique dans différents domaines tels que l’orthopédie, la traumatologie, la gériatrie, et bien d’autres.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Graduated in 2016 in France, I worked for 6 years in the Nantes region. I then moved to Brussels in 2022 where I signed a contract. I practice active care adapted in particular to musculoskeletal problems (back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.) and pathologies linked to sport and activity. My goal is to empower patients as much as possible by adapting to them and their pathology by supporting them during their rehabilitation. Practicing since 2018 in his private practice in Brussels (rue des Patriotes 48), he also holds a diploma in podology. You can consult him for a post-operative revalidation, orthopedic treatment, rehabilitation, back pain, kypho-scoliosis, joint problems or sports injuries.
