I am a young physiotherapist passionate about my profession. My office, located in a place dear to my heart, was once the place where my grandfather devotedly practiced medicine. In addition, my father is also a physiotherapist and passed on his technical knowledge to me. I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. He quickly turned to orthopedic and sports physiotherapy, which he is passionate about. General physiotherapy and cardiac rehabilitation are also part of his daily practice.

I am welcoming you at Harmovia, a multidisciplinary practice I co-founded with my sister, a speech therapist.

My specialties include sports physiotherapy and jaw and facial rehabilitation (TMJ disorders).

I also provide home-based sessions for elderly patients and have previous experience working with professional football and basketball teams.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.
