With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie, je vous accompagne avec une approche personnalisée, bienveillante et à l’écoute. Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver votre mobilité, autonomie et qualité de vie en soulageant vos douleurs et en optimisant vos capacités fonctionnelles.

Mon approche combine techniques manuelles et exercices adaptés, afin de favoriser une récupération optimale. 

Je pratique de la kinésithérapie générale et je prends en charge les différents troubles musculo-squelettiques : lombalgie, tendinopathie, entorse, fracture, douleurs chroniques, troubles de la marche ainsi que la rééducation pré/post-opératoire.

Diplômée en drainage lymphatique manuel (méthode Leduc), j’interviens aussi dans la prise en charge des œdèmes et jambes lourdes.

Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation en 2021 à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'y ai effectué des stages dans divers domaines tels que l'orthopédie, la revalidation cardiaque, la pédiatrie ou encore la gériatrie... J'ai donc acquis une solide expérience en travaillant avec divers patients, de l'enfant au senior en passant par l'athlète. L'approche holistique et la bonne relation patient-thérapeute sont essentielles pour moi car je place le patient au cœur du traitement. Je suis passionné par le corps humain, le bien-être physique et le sport (principalement le football, la callisthénie et la course à pied). En quête de perfectionnement, je participe à d'autres formations continues.

I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. J'ai un diplôme équivalent en kinésithérapie, étant diplômé de la faculté de kinésithérapie de "l'Université nationale d'éducation physique et du sport", Bucarest, avec le titre de Master en récupération et rééducation motrice et somato-fonctionnelle.
