With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Within the treatment, I favor exercise therapy for all pathologies of the musculoskeletal system in athletes of all levels. I also treat any pathology in general physiotherapy. I attach great importance to developing a spirit of collaboration allowing us to move forward according to your objectives and desires.

Diplômé de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), je suis kinésithérapeute du sport avec une expertise particulière dans la prise en charge des pathologies liées à la pratique sportive et des troubles musculo-squelettiques. Un second Master de spécialisation m’a permis de consolider et d’enrichir mes connaissances dans ce domaine spécifique. Je suis également titulaire du FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, formation certifiée par la FIFA qui renforce mes compétences dans la prévention, le traitement et le suivi des blessures liées au football et à d'autres disciplines sportives.

As a physical therapist, my goal is to help the person as much as possible in their rehabilitation. The work is always done according to the needs and objectives of the patient. The treatment is based on a precise analysis of the problem in order to treat the pathology at its source, and the patient is always active in his rehabilitation.

Graduated in 2016 in France, I worked for 6 years in the Nantes region. I then moved to Brussels in 2022 where I signed a contract. I practice active care adapted in particular to musculoskeletal problems (back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.) and pathologies linked to sport and activity. My goal is to empower patients as much as possible by adapting to them and their pathology by supporting them during their rehabilitation. I finished my kinetic studies at the HELB in 2021. I had the opportunity to experience different facets of kinesiology. Through my internships, I have worked in the uro-gyneco, vestibular, maxillary, neuro-pediatric spheres as well as in an orthopedic physio practice. During my sessions, I try to transmit my knowledge and my energy to my patients to allow them to understand their pathology and the exercises set up but also to gain motivation over time!
