Graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at UCL in 2015. In 2017, I specialized in the field of perineology and perinatality. Specialization in perineology allows me to take care of women of all ages presenting problems in the urogynecological sector. such as: - Urinary incontinence - Perineal pain - Sexological problem such as vaginismus and dyspareunia - Organ descent As for the perinatal sphere, it gives me the opportunity to support women during their pregnancy, in order to best prepare them for childbirth. After this, I help my patients in their journey as mothers to allow them to find a toned perineum and body in their daily life. The rehabilitation will then focus on the work of the perineum, the strengthening of the abdominal strap as well as an overall fitness... However, my activity is not limited to this area, I had the opportunity in the meantime to follow other training in various sectors allowing me to treat a wide range of pathologies in physiotherapy. (orthopedics and traumatology, post-operative, manual lymphatic drainage, global massage, etc.) I am someone who listens to my patients and I like to implement a treatment with them that will take into account the specificity of each one.

Anna Rousseau est kinésithérapeute à Rhode-St-Genèse. Diplômée d'un Master en kinésithérapie et Réadaptation à l'ULB en 2016 et d'un Master 2 en Kiné du sport à l'ULB en 2017, j'ai à coeur d'offrir une prise en charge efficace et répondant à vos besoins. Spécialisée dans le domaine de la kiné sportive et de la Thérapie Manuelle, de la traumatologie, dans le traitement des pathologies musculo-squelettique aigue et chronique, les suivis post-opératoires, la kiné respiratoire enfant et adulte, la kiné pré et post-partum, le drainage lymphatique manuelle, je vous accueille dans un cabinet équipé avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Sportive, passionnée, dynamique, de nature souriante et à l'écoute de mes patients, j'essaie constamment de répondre à leurs besoins afin qu'ils retrouvent la santé, le bien-être ou la performance. Je me ferai un plaisir de vous soigner avec bienveillance dans un contexte de chirurgie ou de blessure, mais aussi aider et accompagner des personnes en situation de fragilité. Pour une prise en charge globale de votre pathologie, je dispose d’un cabinet ainsi que d'un accès au plateau technique équipé. 

En parallèle, j’exerce à l’hôpital Erasme, ce qui me permet d’avoir en plus de la rééducation fonctionnelle, une expérience en kinésithérapie respiratoire ainsi qu’en revalidation.

Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles. Le mot clé de ma pratique est la bienveillance. Je suis posée et à l’écoute. Nous avançons ensemble, à votre rythme, et le tout dans la bonne humeur. Je suis disponible pour prendre en charge vos pathologies dans différents domaines : orthopédie, uro-gynécologie, accompagnement pré et post natal, drainage lymphatique, respiratoire, … Je me suis formée en rééducation abdo-pelvienne et kiné périnatale à l’UCL pour explorer ce domaine qui me passionne. Je peux donc vous guider dans les soins de vos pathologies urinaires, fécales et gynécologiques pour les femmes, les hommes et les enfants. Pour rappel, ces pathologies sont fréquentes et n’ont pas à être tabou ! Ma porte sera toujours ouverte pour en parler avec vous. Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Alexandra Debakkere physiotherapist since 2018 receives you in her practice at Avenue des Anciens Combattants 79 in Evere but also at the Kinefix practice. She offers consultations of pre and post-natal physiotherapy, pelvic-perineal rehabilitation with biofeedback, manual therapy for pain around pregnancy and pediatric and adult respiratory physiotherapy.
