Titulaire d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'HE2B, à Bruxelles, en 2024, j'ai officiellement commencé à travailler en février 2025.

Je suis une formation supplémentaire en Thérapie Manuelle, à l'ETMA, me permettant d'acquérir une connaissance plus poussée de mon métier.

Je détiens aussi un certificat en Drainage Lymphatique Manuel, suivant la méthode Leduc, vous offrant donc mes services.

Lors de mes études et après, j'ai eu différentes occasions de travailler à l'étranger ce qui m'a permis de développer mes performances de kinésithérapeute.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai eu l'occasion de me former en traumatologie & orthopédie, en pédiatrie, gériatrie, neurologie et en cabinet libéral.

Vous pourrez me retrouver dans mon cabinet à Uccle ou à domicile.

Diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je vous accueille dans deux cabinets modernes et accessibles : l’un à Forest et l’autre au Basic-Fit Rogier, avec un accès à la salle.

Je propose une prise en charge personnalisée pour diverses pathologies : générales, sportives, orthopédiques, respiratoires, neurologiques et la rééducation pré et postnatale.

Envie de vous détendre ou d’optimiser votre récupération ? Je réalise également des massages thérapeutiques et des séances de cupping therapy, adaptés à vos besoins.

Les consultations peuvent se faire en peulh, en français et en anglais. J'ai également quelques bases de néerlandais

I graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2011. During my professional career, I have specialised in different fields (sports rehabilitation, urogynaecology, respiratory...). These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. The passion I have for my work, my professional experience and my various training courses enable me to respond to the problems and needs encountered by patients. My therapeutic approach is rigorous, educational, dynamic and respectful of all.

Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles. Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.
