Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique. 

Grâce à cette formation complémentaire de 2 ans, je suis particulièrement formée pour prendre en charge les pathologies urinaires et fécales (incontinences, constipation,…), les troubles sexuels et douloureux (dyspareunie, vaginisme,…), ainsi que la kinésithérapie périnatale (prénatale et postnatale). 

Mon approche personnalisée vise à soulager vos douleurs et améliorer votre bien-être, que ce soit pendant la grossesse, après l’accouchement, ou pour traiter des troubles urogénitaux et sexuels.

Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles. La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

I graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2011. During my professional career, I have specialised in different fields (sports rehabilitation, urogynaecology, respiratory...). These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. The passion I have for my work, my professional experience and my various training courses enable me to respond to the problems and needs encountered by patients. My therapeutic approach is rigorous, educational, dynamic and respectful of all.

Passionate about perinatality and gynecology, I mainly consult for future and young mothers as well as for pathologies of the pelvic sphere, in particular endometriosis, a subject in which I am very involved with awareness and research projects. I also practice physical therapy for musculoskeletal disorders (sprains, fractures, post-operation, low back pain, neck pain, tendinopathy...) and I am specialized in the treatment of runners. In parallel to the Mimosa Center, I work at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic outpatient department as well as in the Therapeos practice dedicated to women (childbirth preparation, pregnancy-related pain, post-natal rehabilitation, pain and perineal disorders, sports support). Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation.
