Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime. Fort de mon expérience et de mes formations, je vous offre un espace, bienveillant et sécurisé, à une approche qui ouvre à un choix important de stratégies thérapeutiques et d’outils pratiques destinés à favoriser votre créativité.

Je suis formée en psychologie clinique pour des accompagnements en groupe ou individuel et diplômée de l’institut MARIE-HAPS. Mon cursus s’est poursuivi à Louvain-La-Neuve afin d’obtenir un Master en sciences de la Famille et de la Sexualité. Travailler avec efficacité nécessite de se perfectionner en permanence en participant à de nombreux séminaires et en se plongeant dans des lectures. Ma mission en thérapie est de garantir un accompagnement et un soutien aux patients et aux familles, un suivi consciencieux et sérieux sans jugement, mais aussi de sensibiliser le patient à la réflexion pour qu’il puisse prendre conscience de ses actes et de son mode de vie afin d’arriver aux objectifs souhaités.

J’accueille des adolescent·e·s et et adultes pour un accompagnement psychologique dans un cadre bienveillant et respectueux du rythme de chacun.e. 

Beaucoup de personnes hésitent à consulter un·e psychologue, se demandant si leurs difficultés sont « assez graves ». En réalité, une consultation peut aussi être un espace pour réfléchir, mieux se comprendre et prendre soin de soi. 

Formée à l’Hypnose Ericksonienne également, j’accompagne notamment des personnes ayant vécu des chocs émotionnels et traumatiques, les personnes désirant arrêter de fumer, mais aussi toute personne souhaitant mobiliser ses ressources internes pour dépasser une difficulté, un blocage ou amorcer un changement.

Mon expérience à l'Hôpital en maternité et néonatalogie me permet aussi d'accompagner des personnes souhaitant élaborer autour des questions liées à la périnatalité. Je fais également partie d'un groupe de parole pour parents en deuil périnatal.
