My name is Francisco Toscano Jimenez , I am a Spanish national, raised in Germany and educated in the United Kingdom. Different countries and cultures have been a part of my life since early childhood, upbringing and throughout my studies and professional life. My professional development began in the mid 1990 when I started with the interest in the sciences of health and sport. What began as an hobby become a vocation of life. My initial training in Manuel Therapy and Sport physiotherapy were the first steps in my professional path. After a few years of practice in Germany I saw my interest growing towards a broader and deeper understanding of the human body. Understanding health as more than the absence of symptoms lead me to conclude that Osteopathy was providing with the answers to many of my questions. I come to realize and understand Osteopathy as a true biological science. My journey of Osteopathy started in England where I completed a honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine, BSc Hons. Ost. Med. in 2006. After years in private practice in England and Spain I have recently chosen to move to the country of origin of my wife. From 2008-218 I have provided postgraduate programs, lectures, conferences in Classical Osteopathy and a publication on Fascia. Osteopathy has provided me with wonderful teachings and learning possibilities in countries like Sweden, Italy, Portugal, Spain and beyond the Atlantic. Osteopathy has no borders or boundaries! Understanding and treating the human body as a whole rather than as a sum of parts has been my personal dedication and interest in clinical practice and experience over the last 25 years. Integration of the structural and functional balance of the body is the basis of the process in natural therapeutics. This fundamental principal of natural therapeutics provides Osteopathy the capacity to support the human body in the process from unhealth to health.

As a passionate physiotherapist, I treat mainly with manual therapy. My experience, my specializations and my attention to detail guarantee you quality care. Specialized in muscular chains, enjoy a treatment where your complaint is integrated in the globality of your body. I am also trained in shoulder rehabilitation.

Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en 2022, je suis passionnée par le fonctionnement du corps humain et animée par l’envie d’accompagner mes patients dans leur rétablissement et leur bien-être.

Mon parcours sportif m’a permis de développer une approche dynamique et personnalisée de la kinésithérapie, que j’applique dans différents domaines tels que l’orthopédie, la traumatologie, la gériatrie, et bien d’autres.

Mon objectif est de guider mes patients tout au long de leur remise en forme en leur fournissant les informations nécessaires pour optimiser leur récupération, tout en les aidant à retrouver leur pleine mobilité.

Nicolas holds a Master's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is specialized in orthopedic, postoperative, neurological and cardio-respiratory physical therapy. As a registered physiotherapist, he collaborates with the CHU Saint-Pierre, the Bracops Hospital, the Molière-Longchamp Hospital and the Erasme Hospital. Diplômé d'un Master en Kinésithérapeute au sein de la Faculté des Sciences de la Motricité à l'ULB, je me spécialise dans la prise en charge des pathologies musculo-squelettiques, avec une expertise particulière en orthopédie, traumatologie et kinésithérapie sportive.

Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de l’équipe première féminine de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique. 

Mes traitements reposent sur le mouvement et la compréhension des symptômes afin de vous rendre acteur de votre rééducation. Kathleen Gillain est ostéopathe D.O. depuis 2024. Elle a d'abord suivi une formation en kinésithérapie à l'école Parnasse ISEI, de 2015 à 2019, avant de se spécialiser en ostéopathie à la Belgian School of Osteopathy, où elle a étudié de 2019 à 2024. Pendant son parcours, Kathleen a rédigé un mémoire en kinésithérapie portant sur les étirements de l'épaule chez les sportifs, et un autre en ostéopathie, axé sur le traitement du nerf vague et son influence sur la fréquence cardiaque. Elle exerce actuellement au cabinet Drugmand, au centre Body Therapy à Sombreffe, ainsi qu’à Mellery. Par ailleurs, Kathleen occupe également le rôle d’assistante à la Belgian School of Osteopathy.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. Graduated from HELB Ilya Prigogine, I practice my profession with care. I practice physiotherapy targeting different audiences, namely children, adolescents, adults and seniors.
