Je me présente Edwin PESSOA, je suis ostéopathe diplômé après six années d’études en ostéopathie à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

Mon champ d’action couvre les troubles musculo-squelettiques, allant des douleurs cervicales, thoraciques jusqu’aux douleurs lombaires. J’accompagne également les sportifs dans leur prévention et leur récupération, ainsi que les enfants, tout en restant attentif aux besoins de chacun, sans intervenir sur les nourrissons.

Nous prenons le temps de discuter de vos antécédents, de vos douleurs et de vos attentes.

Ensuite, je réalise un examen postural et articulaire complet, en mettant un accent particulier sur l’observation du mouvement et l’identification des mouvements douloureux.

Cela permet d’ajuster le traitement au mieux en fonction de vos besoins. Les séances suivantes sont ajustées en fonction de vos progrès et ressentis.

I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Passionné par mon métier et exerçant depuis bientôt 8 ans, je me suis spécialisé en kiné du sport. Je vous accompagne dans votre rééducation, dans la prévention de vos blessures, et dans l’optimisation de vos performances afin de vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs.

Je m’intéresse plus particulièrement aux pathologies spécifiques en course à pied, au trail mais également aux sports collectifs comme le basket-ball et le football. Vous pouvez me retrouver sur le terrain où j’encadre l’équipe de football du Sporting Brussels.
