As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

Au cours de ma formation, j'ai eu l'opportunité de me spécialiser dans la rééducation du dos et de me forger une solide expérience dans la prise en charge de personnes en pré et post opératoire, en affections post traumatique, ainsi que de travailler avec des personnes souffrant d'affections respiratoires, circulatoires, rhumatismales ou neurologiques. Je m'appelle Alexandru Munteanu. J'ai un diplôme équivalent en kinésithérapie, étant diplômé de la faculté de kinésithérapie de "l'Université nationale d'éducation physique et du sport", Bucarest, avec le titre de Master en récupération et rééducation motrice et somato-fonctionnelle. Lors de la première consultation, une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan fonctionnel complet permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs concrets. Chaque séance est ensuite construite sur mesure, selon ces objectifs, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et motivante.

Je me forme continuellement pour offrir des soins actualisés et efficaces. Je prévois de me spécialiser en thérapie manuelle et en kinésithérapie sportive. J’ai déjà suivi des formations spécifiques telles que la Fibrolyse myo-aponévrotique par technique de crochetage et le Blood Flow Restriction Training.
