Diplômé de la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles (HELB) en 2025, et formé au crochetage et aux troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire. Sportif, j’ai pratiqué le football pendant 18 ans, depuis lors je pratique la course à pied, le padel ou encore le fitness. j’intègre le centre de kinésithérapie miroir après y avoir réalisé mon tout premier stage pendant mon cursus. Mon but est de vous accompagner au mieux tout au long du traitement et de répondre au mieux aux objectifs que vous vous êtes fixés, ou qu’on fixera ensemble.

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, I welcome you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the Centre Paramédical Upsylon. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient.
