Mes compétences s’étendent aux troubles musculo-squelettiques, à l’accompagnement post-partum, à la kinésithérapie respiratoire pour adultes, à l’hydrothérapie et à la gériatrie.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere. Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique. 

Grâce à cette formation complémentaire de 2 ans, je suis particulièrement formée pour prendre en charge les pathologies urinaires et fécales (incontinences, constipation,…), les troubles sexuels et douloureux (dyspareunie, vaginisme,…), ainsi que la kinésithérapie périnatale (prénatale et postnatale). 

Mon approche personnalisée vise à soulager vos douleurs et améliorer votre bien-être, que ce soit pendant la grossesse, après l’accouchement, ou pour traiter des troubles urogénitaux et sexuels.

Delphine Parmentier, approved physiotherapist, I like to take care of patients as a whole. I welcome you for the treatment of any type of pathology (Cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, perinatal, post-surgery, etc.). In addition to general physiotherapy, I am training in osteopathy at the IAO. Note that it is mandatory to have a medical prescription for physiotherapy before the first appointment. I will see you in the office or at home.

Marie-Sophie Dequenne has a degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the Catholic University of Louvain. She is specialized in perineology (urogynecology, pre- and postnatal), hypopressive gymnastics, manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder/Földi method) and Analytical physiotherapy (Concept Sohier). She welcomes you in her office in Uccle.

La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

Le mot clé de ma pratique est la bienveillance. Je suis posée et à l’écoute. Nous avançons ensemble, à votre rythme, et le tout dans la bonne humeur. Je suis disponible pour prendre en charge vos pathologies dans différents domaines : orthopédie, uro-gynécologie, accompagnement pré et post natal, drainage lymphatique, respiratoire, … Je me suis formée en rééducation abdo-pelvienne et kiné périnatale à l’UCL pour explorer ce domaine qui me passionne. Je peux donc vous guider dans les soins de vos pathologies urinaires, fécales et gynécologiques pour les femmes, les hommes et les enfants. Pour rappel, ces pathologies sont fréquentes et n’ont pas à être tabou ! Ma porte sera toujours ouverte pour en parler avec vous. Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation.
