I have completed several specialized trainings in the care of pregnant women and infants, allowing me to offer safe, gentle, and adapted treatments during pregnancy and in the early stages of life.

Osteopathy is for everyone, from infants to the elderly person, including pregnant women. It mainly deals with complaints of the musculoskeletal system and peripheral nervous (neck, back, peripheral joints, jaw) but it is also known to be effective in case of headache, dizziness etc ...

Regarding babies and infants , techniques used to relieve colic, reflux, discomfort, the torticollis, plagiocephaly and sometimes unexplained crying.

Tout a commencé sur un terrain de football. Joueur à bon niveau, ma carrière s'est arrêtée net à cause de douleurs de croissance, trois ans loin des terrains. C'est la prise en charge d'un ostéopathe qui m'a redonné mon corps et changé ma trajectoire. Ce jour-là, j'ai su que je ferais ce métier. Diplômé en ostéopathie avec distinction de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), j'accompagne aujourd'hui chaque patient avec cette même attention: comprendre avant d'agir, et surtout écouter, car chaque douleur raconte une histoire. Que vous soyez sportif en quête de performance ou de récupération, actif souffrant de tensions du quotidien, femme enceinte ou sénior, je ne traite pas seulement un symptôme, mais un individu dans sa globalité. Mes séances combinent des techniques manuelles adaptées (structurelles, viscérales, myotensives, tissulaires) et des conseils personnalisés pour vous aider à retrouver une mobilité et un bien-être durables.

Diplômé de l’ULB après 6 années d’études, j’accompagne chaque patient de manière personnalisée pour soulager les douleurs, améliorer la mobilité et favoriser un mieux-être durable. J’interviens aussi en cas d’urgences ostéopathiques, torticolis ou un lumbago, afin d’aider à retrouver plus rapidement confort et liberté de mouvement. Mon approche s’adresse autant aux sportifs qu’à toute personne souhaitant se sentir mieux dans son corps au quotidien.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (Maidstone, UK) with a Master in Osteopathy, after obtaining a bachelor's degree in osteopathy at the ULB (Brussels). During all these years, I have acquired a passion for the human body and his functions. My bicultural background has given me the opportunity to become familiar with a wide range of techniques: structural, myotensive, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral... I will welcome you to the office, armed with a specialized master's degree in osteopathy delivered by the Free University of Brussels (6 years). This quality teaching, provided in close collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine and including joint courses with future physiotherapists and physical educators, allows me to ensure diagnosis and management of your pain and dysfunctions in complete safety. The techniques acquired during my university studies and during my various training courses allow me to adapt to each of you and thus find the osteopathic practices that suit you best (gentle, structural, myofascial, visceral, etc.). Taking care of you as a whole, I am interested in your reason for consultation with emphasis on the structural and functional integrity of your body. I also make a point of answering all your questions so that you leave with plenty of advice. In addition to my services within the Center for Conceptionists, I also work as an assistant in the Functional Anatomy Laboratory at ULB. In this laboratory, I teach practical anatomy work to students from the Faculty of Motor Sciences and carry out a thesis.

Grâce à mes cinq années d’études en France et à mon expérience canadienne, j’ai acquis les compétences nécessaires à la prise en charge ostéopathique de tous types de patients, du nourrisson au senior, en passant par la femme enceinte et le sportif. J’ai un intérêt particulier pour le domaine de la périnatalité, pour les techniques viscérales et pour les petits troubles du quotidien.

Ma mission principale consiste en l’évaluation et le traitement manuel des restrictions de mobilité, tout en vous guidant dans la gestion de vos douleurs aiguës ou chroniques. Je saurai m’adapter à vous afin de vous proposer un traitement personnalisé, en fonction de vos problématiques, par le biais d’une approche musculo-squelettique, viscérale, crânienne, myofasciale ou encore somato-émotionnelle.

From a young age, I have been passionated about the human body and how it functions.

It was therefore a natural choice for me to study osteopathy, driven by a genuine desire to help people and relieve their discomfort. Over the course of my practice, I have developed a clinical approach that is precise, holistic, and patient-centered.

My training at ULB, along with my experiences both in private practice and in a hospital setting, taught me the importance of a personalized approach and collaboration between healthcare professionals.

I place great value on listening, empathy, and tailoring care to each patient’s needs, ensuring that everyone feels heard and understood.

I continue to pursue ongoing training to provide care that is effective, safe, and supported by the latest scientific knowledge.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) with a Masters in Osteopathy. My goal is to encourage patients to take care of their health and enhance their body's function in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

My holistic approach is very comprehensive and includes a wide combination of techniques (articular, functional, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral, etc.). I am passionate about the human body, its capacity to adapt and how osteopathy can help the body in its healing process.

Je m’appelle Laurine Bays et je suis diplômée en ostéopathie de l’université libre de Bruxelles. Grâce à cette formation de 6 ans, j’ai acquis les connaissances et la pratique nécessaires à la prise en charge sécurisée de mes patients. Je suis persuadée qu’une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire est un plus pour les patients.
