Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, I welcome you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the Centre Paramédical Upsylon. My specialties are: low back pain, neck pain, balance rehabilitation and rehabilitation after prosthesis. I can provide you with manual rehabilitation (neurological or respiratory), help you to get rid of your joint pain, your low back pain or any other pain (hand, back, neck or wrist). You can also consult me for a sports injury, for a post-operative rehabilitation or for a bone problem. My consultations are conducted by appointment in French, English or Polish depending on the language spoken by my patient. Graduating with a master's degree in physical therapy from Parnasse-ISEI in 2017, practitioner Joachim De Meur takes care of all types of musculoskeletal pathology. Specialized in sports, traumatology and orthopedics, he consults at the Stay Strong Sprl Center in Uccle (chaussée de Waterloo 868), a clean and relaxing practice. He also receives you at his office for nutritional advice related to sports, coaching and physical preparation, for the management of sports injuries, for rehabilitation. He helps his patients solve joint problems, to prepare physically before practicing a sport activity. He can also help you overcome hand, neck, back or wrist pain. He is punctual and conducts his consultations in French or English depending on your language.

Benjamin Pierre has been working since graduation in multidisciplinary centers where he has the opportunity to collaborate with multiple health professionals, which allows for a very comprehensive and secure care. He quickly turned to orthopedic and sports physiotherapy, which he is passionate about. General physiotherapy and cardiac rehabilitation are also part of his daily practice.

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.

Damien Chavalle is a physical therapist with 2 years of experience, he is specialized in sports physical therapy, manual therapy and neurology. He graduated from ISEK in 2017 and in sports physiotherapy in 2019 at Kinésport Paris. Responsible for the medical cell of the Rugby Club La Hulpe since 2018. Physiotherapist in the women's rugby 7s national team since 2017.

Je suis spécialisé dans les troubles musculo-squelettiques, particulièrement les douleurs de dos et de nuque. Mais également la kinésithérapie générale, le traitements tendinopathies, entorses, rééducation post-opératoire, ... 

Je suis kinésithérapeute conventionné à Louvain-La-Neuve, diplômé de l'UCLouvain, actuellement en formation dans un master complémentaire en musculo-squelettique. Je suis passionné de breakdance et de danse, dont l'analyse du mouvement m'apporte une vision critique qui enrichit ma pratique thérapeutique.

Par une thérapie centrée sur le patient, notre objectif sera de restaurer votre fonction optimale, réduire la douleur et prévenir les récidives grâce à un programme de soins que nous élaborons ensemble.

Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation en 2021 à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'y ai effectué des stages dans divers domaines tels que l'orthopédie, la revalidation cardiaque, la pédiatrie ou encore la gériatrie... J'ai donc acquis une solide expérience en travaillant avec divers patients, de l'enfant au senior en passant par l'athlète. L'approche holistique et la bonne relation patient-thérapeute sont essentielles pour moi car je place le patient au cœur du traitement. Je suis passionné par le corps humain, le bien-être physique et le sport (principalement le football, la callisthénie et la course à pied). En quête de perfectionnement, je participe à d'autres formations continues.
