Marie-Françoise pratique la kinésithérapie générale tant passive qu'active, ainsi que pré-natale et post-partum. Elle est actuellement en spécialisation en périnéologie (rééducation du périnée). Consultation conventionnée.

Diplômée de l'HELB en Kinésithérapie, je vous propose un accompagnement au centre Corpore Sano dans la rééducation de vos différentes pathologies avec une préférence pour les problèmes uro-gynécologiques ainsi que la périnatalité. Mon parcours scolaire m'a permis d'enrichir mes connaissances dans plusieurs domaines tels que la pédiatrie, la gériatrie ou encore les soins intensifs. Ma curiosité et mon envie d'approfondir mes connaissances m'ont amenée à me lancer dans un deuxième master dédié à la rééducation abdomino-pelvienne et la périnatalité. Je reste cependant disponible pour vous accompagner pour tout traitement utile à votre rééducation avec comme objectif une contribution au bien-être de mes patients ainsi qu'au maintien de leur autonomie mais également pour une meilleure qualité de vie.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Passionate about perinatality and gynecology, I mainly consult for future and young mothers as well as for pathologies of the pelvic sphere, in particular endometriosis, a subject in which I am very involved with awareness and research projects. I also practice physical therapy for musculoskeletal disorders (sprains, fractures, post-operation, low back pain, neck pain, tendinopathy...) and I am specialized in the treatment of runners. In parallel to the Mimosa Center, I work at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic outpatient department as well as in the Therapeos practice dedicated to women (childbirth preparation, pregnancy-related pain, post-natal rehabilitation, pain and perineal disorders, sports support). In order to provide you with the most adapted and optimal support possible, I am constantly looking for new scientific and practical training and information. I will do my utmost to ensure that your rehabilitation is carried out in a climate of confidence and serenity.

Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.
