Diplômé en 2002 de la Haute École Ilya Prigogine avec un graduat en podologie et podothérapie, j’ai acquis une solide expérience au sein des Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc pendant cinq ans, notamment dans le domaine des soins des plaies diabétiques et infectieuses.

Spécialisé dans l’étude de la marche, de la course à pied et de la posture, je conçois des semelles orthopédiques sur mesure. Mon parcours inclut également une collaboration depuis 2020 avec le Dr Khorassani et le Dr Bouté, orthopédistes, au sein de l’Orthopedia Medical Center, un centre dédié aux pathologies du membre locomoteur.

Mr. Fayçal Allali is a podiatrist graduated from the Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci and holds a Bachelor's degree in podiatry and podotherapy. He is specialized in posture analysis for walking and running, pedicure and foot reflexology. I am a podiatrist with several experiences, in office, at home and in nursing homes. I provide care as well as biomechanical and postural analysis for adults and children. I decided to create my practice "Équilibré et Santé" in order to work as a team with doctors, physiotherapists and osteopaths. Passionate about podiatry and the human body, I like to welcome my patients in a warm and friendly manner. You can consult me for an analysis of walking, running, posture, ingrown toenails, corns or calluses... I make my own insoles in my workshop, which is located on site. This allows me to make immediate adjustments according to the evolution of your pathology. As a former high level gymnast, I treat ortho-traumatic, musculo-tendinous, ligamentary, vascular and nerve pain as well as sports pathologies. My dynamism and my curiosity, I continuously push to learn and follow trainings for better treatments. Your Podiatrist - Posturologist Julie Notre Dame is specialized in the analysis of your posture and your dynamics (children, adults, sportsmen) in order to design orthopedic insoles for foot, knee, hip and back pain. The Posturologist is adapted to make postural assessments, following chronic lumbago, migraines, cervical and thoracic tensions, chronic pain. Through a complete examination, she will be able to direct you to an appropriate multidisciplinary team to relieve your pain. She performs pedicure (foot care, ingrown toenails, corns, calluses). The making of orthonyxis, orthoplasty, orthoplastics are part of her skills. Do not hesitate to make an appointment to relieve all your foot, knee, hip or back pain!

Analyses biomécaniques :

Réalisation de divers examens (mesures, testing…), analyse de la marche et/ou de la course, en vue de la confection de semelles fonctionnelles à l’aide d’outils numériques (plateforme de pression plantaire, tapis de marche, scanner 3D).

Soins de pédicurie :

Soins préventifs et curatifs des affections de la peau et des ongles (cors, mycoses, verrues, ongles incarnés…).

Soins de pédicurie pour patients diabétiques :

Suivi spécifique et adapté.

Orthoplastie :

Orthèse en silicone sur mesure visant à corriger les déviations des orteils et/ou à protéger les zones d’hyperpression et de frottements.

Onychoplastie :

Technique permettant la reconstruction partielle ou totale de l’ongle à l’aide d’une résine hypoallergénique.

Orthonyxie :

Pose d’une bandelette destinée à corriger la pousse et la courbure de l’ongle, notamment dans le traitement des ongles douloureux (ex. : ongle incarné).
