Diplômé d'un Master en kinésithérapie en 2024 à la HELB (Haute Ecole libre de Bruxelles) passionné par le corps humain et le mouvement, je vous accompagne tout au long de votre revalidation. Ensemble, nous mettons en place un bilan complet et nous élaborons ensuite un plan de traitement progressif, adapté à vos besoins et basé sur des principes fondés.

Je prends en charge tout types de pathologies en kinésithérapie générale. Mon objectif concret est de vous mener et vous accompagner vers les meilleurs résultats possible et durable qui correspondent à vos attentes !

Graduated from HELB in 2014, I am specialized in sports physiotherapy and manual therapy I am also certified from the runner's clinic. I take care of sports and musculoskeletal pathologies in general. I take care of consultations at the Total Physio office based at 57 Rue de Baron de Castro, Etterbeek 1040. I am open on Mondays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 2pm, Wednesdays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm and also on Fridays from 12:30pm to 2pm.

Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’ULB, j’exerce depuis plus de 10 ans en tant que kinésithérapeute. Mon parcours professionnel m'a permis de développer des compétences solides dans la rééducation fonctionnelle et la prise en charge de patients souffrant de diverses pathologies.

Dans une démarche d'excellence et d'actualisation continue de mes compétences, je poursuis actuellement une formation en ostéopathie à l'International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO). Cette formation me permet d'intégrer une approche holistique à mes soins et d'enrichir mes techniques de traitement pour offrir à mes patients une prise en charge encore plus complète et personnalisée.

Je suis diplômée en kinésithérapie depuis 2023 à la Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci. Actuellement, je travaille aux Cliniques Universitaires de Saint-Luc, dans le service de cardiologie, chirurgie cardio-thoracique et de réadaptation cardiaque mais également en cabinet sur Waterloo. J'ai également suivi une formation en maxillo-facial.

Passionnée par le bien-être et la santé de mes patients, mon approche est centrée sur l’écoute et l’empathie. Je prends le temps de comprendre les besoins spécifiques de chaque patient afin de proposer des soins personnalisés, adaptés à chaque situation. Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver votre mobilité, à soulager vos douleurs et à améliorer votre qualité de vie au quotidien.

Michel Schoonjans has a degree in physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and has been an official physiotherapist since 1996. With more than 23 years of experience, he is able to treat all people suffering from musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular or psychomotor disorders. Michel Schoonjans has a very rich background in the field of physical therapy. Indeed, he has carried out several in-depth researches on the interest of coupling isokinetic testing and EMG in the context of patellofemoral syndrome. For the past 10 years, he has also been a member of the teaching staff at the ULB as an assistant in charge of exercises at the Institute of Motor Sciences, and at the HELB as a training supervisor. Passionate about my profession, I have specialized over the years in 2 specific areas: manual therapy and pelvi perineology. In addition to my consultations in Liberchies, I also receive patients at the Jolimont hospital, where I work in close collaboration with various doctors/surgeons. Finally, I have been teaching for a few years at the Catholic University of Leuven and at Parnasse-Isei, to physiotherapists who wish to specialize in one of these two fields.
