As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. It can happen that we feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of these difficulties, and in such cases it can be beneficial to consult a psychologist. Consulting a psychologist can also be a way of working on yourself and getting to know yourself better. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

Psychologue clinicien agrée, je vous propose un accompagnement personnalisé via des consultations individuelles en fonction de vos besoins pour vous aider à traverser des difficultés d'ordre personnel (estime de soi, angoisses, anxiété, dépression, trauma) d'ordre relationnel (affectif, familial, professionnel) ou des questionnements d'ordre plus existentiel.

Dans un espace sans jugement, bienveillant et empathique où vous pourrez être pleinement vous-même, ensemble, nous prendrons le temps de comprendre les obstacles que vous rencontrez et de trouver en vous les ressources nécessaires pour les surmonter.

Mon approche est de partir de votre vécu actuel et de vous accompagner à votre rythme tout en respectant votre singularité afin de vous aider à mieux comprendre votre fonctionnement ainsi que de vous reconnecter à vous-même et à vos propres émotions.
