Graduated with distinction from HELB in physiotherapy, I have been passionate about this profession since I was very young. My academic career has been enriched by numerous internships in various healthcare environments, notably in nursing homes, hospitals and in physiotherapy practices. I like human contact, whether with children, adults or the elderly. I quickly discovered my passion for end-of-life support and pediatrics and I aspire to specialize in these areas to bring a more rigorous approach and greater comfort to my practice. My approach as a physiotherapist is characterized by my deep empathy, my positive dynamic, my ability to reassure patients and my rigor in my care. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the well-being and health of my patients while creating a warm and safe environment for their rehabilitation. Je suis un jeune kinésithérapeute diplômé, passionné par les sciences et les sports de force. Je m’efforce de rester constamment à jour sur les dernières avancées scientifiques afin d’intégrer des pratiques basées sur des preuves dans mes soins. Spécialisé dans la musculation, le powerlifting et le cross-training, je comprends les besoins spécifiques de ces disciplines, qu’il s’agisse de performance, de prévention ou de rééducation. With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Diplômé en 2022 d'un master en kinésithérapie. Il a tout naturellement poursuivi sa spécialisation en Ostéopathie au Collège Belge d’Ostéopathie en partenariat avec l’Ecole Européenne d’Ostéopathie de Maidstone en Angleterre afin d'améliorer son diagnostic, élargir ses moyens de traitement et vous assurer une prise en charge globale. Grâce à sa propre passion pour le sport, il fera en sorte de créer une ambiance agréable pour les personnes voulant bouger sous conseils personnels à la fois pendant et après la rééducation. Diplômée en 2023 de l’ULB, je suis une kinésithérapeute attentive pour qui le confort et le bien-être du patient sont prioritaires. J’accorde une grande importance à la collaboration : définir ensemble des objectifs clairs et encourager le patient à être acteur de son traitement fait pleinement partie de ma pratique.

J’aime d’ailleurs me baser sur l’idée du proverbe : « Apprends à un homme à pêcher et il pêchera toute sa vie » — transmettre des outils et des stratégies permet au patient de mieux comprendre son corps et de gagner en autonomie.

Je prends en charge aussi bien les pathologies aiguës que chroniques, avec une approche personnalisée et évolutive.

Je suis également spécialisée dans la prise en charge maxillo-faciale (ATM, douleurs oro-faciales, rééducation post-chirurgicale…) ainsi que dans le traitement des cervicalgies.
