Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Mon approche est basée sur l’écoute, la douceur et une prise en charge personnalisée en étroite collaboration avec le patient et la famille.

Mon objectif est d’offrir une prise en charge rassurante et adapté à chacun afin de retrouver un bien-être et un confort à tout âge.

Titulaire d’un Master en Kinésithérapie de la Haute École de Bruxelles HE2B ISEK, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’effectuer de nombreux stages enrichissants dans divers domaines de la rééducation, tels que la revalidation orthopédique, le service ambulatoire, la rééducation cardio-respiratoire, la gériatrie, ainsi que la neurologie adulte et pédiatrique.

Ces expériences m'ont permis de développer une approche globale et personnalisée pour chaque patient. Passionnée par la prise en charge des douleurs chroniques, des lombalgies, des affections musculo-squelettiques et de la traumatologie, je m'efforce de toujours proposer un traitement adapté et ciblé pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de mes patients. 

Mon objectif est de les accompagner tout au long de leur rééducation, en tenant compte de leurs particularités et de leur quotidien.

Souhaitant constamment élargir mes compétences, mon objectif professionnel est de me former régulièrement dans des techniques avancées, telle que la thérapie manuelle, le dry needling, le crochetage et la fasciathérapie dans le but d'offrir une prise en charge de plus en plus complète et moderne.

Je mets un point d’honneur à établir une relation de confiance avec mes patients, dans le but de les aider à retrouver une qualité de vie dans les meilleures conditions possibles.

Je suis Masseur-Kinésithérapeute diplômé d'Etat depuis 2012, j'ai réalisé mes études en France et travaillé au sein de diverses structures et cabinets, qui ont enrichi mon expérience et ma pratique. Je place au centre de mon approche la bienveillance, la pédagogie, l'autonomisation et l'activité.

Graduated with distinction from HELB in physiotherapy, I have been passionate about this profession since I was very young. My academic career has been enriched by numerous internships in various healthcare environments, notably in nursing homes, hospitals and in physiotherapy practices. I like human contact, whether with children, adults or the elderly. I quickly discovered my passion for end-of-life support and pediatrics and I aspire to specialize in these areas to bring a more rigorous approach and greater comfort to my practice. I am, Samantha Ignacio, physiotherapist graduated with a master's degree in general physiotherapy from the Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci (Parnasse-ISEI) in 2020. Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Ilya Prigogine in Brussels. Throughout my academic career, I have had the opportunity to explore various areas of physiotherapy, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurology, musculoskeletal disorders, hand rehabilitation, abdominal rehabilitation, and many others. I am currently preparing for two training courses: one focusing on dys disorders in children and adolescents, and the other focused on hand rehabilitation. As a physiotherapist, I currently work in two centers: the Care Happy Center in Uccle and the June Medical Center in Tubize. My main goal as a professional is to provide high quality care and seek sustainable solutions for each patient, constantly keeping myself informed and adapting my approaches individually.
