Graduated from a Master in Physiotherapy in 2016, I work mainly in Manual Therapy (Australian Manual Therapy certificate) including a visceral approach and the temporo mandibular joint. I also work at the muscular level in Trigger Point, Dry Needling or with suction cups. The objective is to have a global approach to allow the most individualized treatment to meet the needs of each patient.

Bienvenue sur mon profil ! Je suis kinésithérapeute passionné avec une expérience de 6 ans dans le domaine de la rééducation et du bien-être physique. Mon approche est centrée sur le patient, ce qui me permet de proposer des traitements personnalisés adaptés aux besoins spécifiques de chacun.

Je suis diplômé de la VUB (Vrije Univistiteit Brussel) avec un Master en Revalidation Sportive. J'ai acquis une expertise dans le traitement de diverses pathologies, y compris les problèmes musculo-squelettiques, les blessures sportives, et la réhabilitation

post-opératoire. J'utilise une variété de techniques, telles que la thérapie

manuelle, les exercices thérapeutiques et la rééducation fonctionnelle, tout en intégrant des conseils sur la prévention et le mode de vie.

Mon objectif est d'aider mes patients à retrouver leur mobilité et à améliorer leur qualité de vie. I graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2011. During my professional career, I have specialised in different fields (sports rehabilitation, urogynaecology, respiratory...). These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. The passion I have for my work, my professional experience and my various training courses enable me to respond to the problems and needs encountered by patients. My therapeutic approach is rigorous, educational, dynamic and respectful of all.

Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. In addition to my initial training, I followed sports physiotherapy courses in Paris, obtained a university certificate in orthopedic manual therapy at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), and followed training in physical assessment and preparation for University of Poitiers. I believe in a personalized approach for each patient. Diplômé de l’ISEK et animé par une passion pour la kiné, j’ai développé une expertise diversifiée englobant la kiné générale, les douleurs musculo-squelettiques, la kiné sportive, la rééducation pré et post-opératoire, le drainage lymphatique manuel ainsi que la cupping therapy (hijama). Graduated from HELB in 2014, I am specialized in sports physiotherapy and manual therapy I am also certified from the runner's clinic. I take care of sports and musculoskeletal pathologies in general. I take care of consultations at the Total Physio office based at 57 Rue de Baron de Castro, Etterbeek 1040. I am open on Mondays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 2pm, Wednesdays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm and also on Fridays from 12:30pm to 2pm.

La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

I will be happy to support you effectively in your rehabilitation, whether sports, orthopedic, cardiological, neurological or geriatric. I take care of the Braine-l'Alleud Castors women's basketball team playing in Belgian division 1. I have also trained in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and take care of your children suffering from bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Very dynamic and attentive, I am keen to specifically adapt the sessions to your needs while remaining aligned with the latest scientific data and of course our final objective. My work as a sports physiotherapist covers all the pathologies associated with sporting activities, with the aim of preventing and treating injuries to joints and muscles, as well as postoperative injuries. I have a wealth of experience working in sports clubs (football, boxing, triathlon, surfing, etc.) and I help my patients to get back into shape and improve their well-being, whether they are top-level sportsmen and women or amateurs. I work with people of all ages and rub shoulders with many professional and amateur sportspeople. My role is to help you get back into sport and competition.
