After graduating from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I now work at Bsports Health, a health center that distinguishes itself by its holistic approach to patient care. During my university studies, I had the chance to work in the same center as a coach. Thus, I was able to develop many skills in the field of fitness. In order to optimize my care, I am currently training in manual therapy and crocheting. In addition, I keep up to date with the scientific literature in order to provide my patients with adequate treatment. My goal is to do everything in my power to help my patients regain their function and relieve their pain.

I am now working in the psychiatric department of the Cliniques de l'Europe in addition to my independent activity. I have an approach that focuses on the individual as a whole. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. I have a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB with Great Distinction and I practice general physiotherapy. I am therefore able to provide you with care and to accompany you in your rehabilitation: orthopedic, geriatric, cardiological or neurological. For athletes, my experience in the field will also help you to return to competition in the best conditions.
