Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Ilya Prigogine in Brussels. Throughout my academic career, I have had the opportunity to explore various areas of physiotherapy, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurology, musculoskeletal disorders, hand rehabilitation, abdominal rehabilitation, and many others. I am currently preparing for two training courses: one focusing on dys disorders in children and adolescents, and the other focused on hand rehabilitation. As a physiotherapist, I currently work in two centers: the Care Happy Center in Uccle and the June Medical Center in Tubize. My main goal as a professional is to provide high quality care and seek sustainable solutions for each patient, constantly keeping myself informed and adapting my approaches individually.
