Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. In addition to my initial training, I followed sports physiotherapy courses in Paris, obtained a university certificate in orthopedic manual therapy at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), and followed training in physical assessment and preparation for University of Poitiers. I believe in a personalized approach for each patient. As a registered physiotherapist, I attach great importance to an individualized and holistic treatment of each of my patients. I take care of sports, post-operative/traumatological, rheumatological and perineal pathologies, as well as rehabilitations in the pool (only possible in Ixelles). After obtaining my diploma, I was quickly fascinated by the intelligence of the body and its capacity of self-healing, I thus left to explore the countries of Nepal and India to understand other ways of taming a pathology and to mark this undeniable link between the body and the spirit. I have been a yoga teacher for 3 years and have started new trainings in 2020, notably in Chinese Energy Medicine and Microkinetics. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation à l'ULB, j'exerce actuellement au centre Mimosa en tant que kinésithérapeute conventionnée. Parallèlement au centre Mimosa, j'exerce la kinésithérapie à l'Hôpital des Enfants Reine Fabiola en tant que kinésithérapeute respiratoire pédiatrique. Passionnée par la pédiatrie, je suis actuellement inscrite au Certificat Interuniversitaire en Kinésithérapie Pédiatrique (ULB) afin d'approfondir mes compétences et connaissances dans le but d'offrir à vos enfants les meilleures soins possibles. J'ai également travaillé pendant 3 ans à l'hôpital Erasme au sein du Service de Gériatrie. Je peux donc réaliser avec vous des bilans fonctionnels (force musculaire, équilibre, ...) et vous accompagner dans la récupération de votre autonomie afin de vous offrir une meilleure qualité de vie. De nature enjouée et dynamique, j'ai à cœur d'accompagner les plus petits comme les plus âgés à gagner en autonomie et à trouver/garder leur indépendance fonctionnelle. Je suis Masseur-Kinésithérapeute diplômé d'Etat depuis 2012, j'ai réalisé mes études en France et travaillé au sein de diverses structures et cabinets, qui ont enrichi mon expérience et ma pratique. Je place au centre de mon approche la bienveillance, la pédagogie, l'autonomisation et l'activité.

Diplômée de l'Université de La Corogne (Espagne) en 1997, je suis spécialisée dans le traitement des problèmes affectant la moitié supérieure du corps, tels que les douleurs au niveau de la nuque, des épaules, des coudes et des poignets, le troubles de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire et les acouphènes.

Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats, j'intègre diverses techniques dans mes traitements, allant de la kinésithérapie classique à la thérapie manuelle et aux techniques myofasciales. J'utilise également le dry-needling et le kinesiotaping pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de chaque patient.

I graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2011. During my professional career, I have specialised in different fields (sports rehabilitation, urogynaecology, respiratory...). These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. The passion I have for my work, my professional experience and my various training courses enable me to respond to the problems and needs encountered by patients. My therapeutic approach is rigorous, educational, dynamic and respectful of all.

I have a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB with Great Distinction and I practice general physiotherapy. I am therefore able to provide you with care and to accompany you in your rehabilitation: orthopedic, geriatric, cardiological or neurological. For athletes, my experience in the field will also help you to return to competition in the best conditions. I am available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Specialization in perineology allows me to take care of women of all ages presenting problems in the urogynecological sector. such as: - Urinary incontinence - Perineal pain - Sexological problem such as vaginismus and dyspareunia - Organ descent As for the perinatal sphere, it gives me the opportunity to support women during their pregnancy, in order to best prepare them for childbirth. After this, I help my patients in their journey as mothers to allow them to find a toned perineum and body in their daily life. The rehabilitation will then focus on the work of the perineum, the strengthening of the abdominal strap as well as an overall fitness... However, my activity is not limited to this area, I had the opportunity in the meantime to follow other training in various sectors allowing me to treat a wide range of pathologies in physiotherapy. (orthopedics and traumatology, post-operative, manual lymphatic drainage, global massage, etc.) I am someone who listens to my patients and I like to implement a treatment with them that will take into account the specificity of each one.
