Sexologue depuis 2023 et membre de la Société des Sexologues Universitaires de Belgique (SSUB), je me suis spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des personnes ayant vécu des violences sexuelles. J’offre un espace bienveillant et sécurisant, où chacun peut avancer à son rythme.

J’accompagne autour des notions de limites, consentement et communication, essentielles pour retrouver une relation apaisée à soi, à son corps et à l’autre. Mon travail s’adresse aussi à toute personne souhaitant développer une sexualité épanouie, dépasser certaines croyances, mieux se connaître ou améliorer la relation à son/sa partenaire.

Ensemble, nous explorons la reconnexion à soi, le désir, l’amour et l’estime de soi, ainsi que la communication et l’enrichissement de la vie affective et intime. Chaque parcours étant unique, je veille à trouver l’accompagnement le plus adapté pour favoriser votre santé sexuelle et relationnelle.

Je suis formée en psychologie clinique pour des accompagnements en groupe ou individuel et diplômée de l’institut MARIE-HAPS. Mon cursus s’est poursuivi à Louvain-La-Neuve afin d’obtenir un Master en sciences de la Famille et de la Sexualité. Travailler avec efficacité nécessite de se perfectionner en permanence en participant à de nombreux séminaires et en se plongeant dans des lectures. Ma mission en thérapie est de garantir un accompagnement et un soutien aux patients et aux familles, un suivi consciencieux et sérieux sans jugement, mais aussi de sensibiliser le patient à la réflexion pour qu’il puisse prendre conscience de ses actes et de son mode de vie afin d’arriver aux objectifs souhaités.

My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary.
