Since the establishment of our private practice in 2019, we have been offering high-quality diagnosis and treatment in cardiology, and we have more than 500 patients who trust us to diagnose and monitor their cardiovascular problems. In our private practice, where the patient is the focal point, we offer patients complete non-invasive diagnostics within cardiology. Namely, we do electrocardiogram (ECG), Transthoracic echocardiography, stress test on a bicycle, 24 hour blood pressure monitoring, Holter ECG and Doppler carotid. We thoroughly discuss the need for further examinations and treatments with our patients and refer them to different hospitals, if necessary, depending on the patient's preference. Finally, I advise the treatments to the best of my knowledge, based on years of work experience in the university hospital.

You can come to us for a general consultation with an ECG, ultrasound and, if necessary, a stress test. We also perform 24-hour Holter monitoring , 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and pacemaker controles.

Ex-président de l’association professionnelle des cardiologues Belges (GBS-B+VBS), je suis aussi membre de la commission d’agrément des cardiologues (chambres francophones). Dr. Jean-François Argacha is head physician in the Cardiology department of UZ Brussel (VUB) since October 2013. He defended a doctoral thesis in Medical Sciences (PhD) at ULB in 2009. After training at Clinique Pasteur in Toulouse, he received his certificate in interventional cardiology from the University of Paris Descartes in 2009. His clinical activities focus both on cardiovascular prevention and the management of acute coronary care. Its technical activities target the percutaneous treatment of coronary heart disease and valve pathologies. Dr Jean-François Argacha is also an academic professor at the VUB and a lecturer at the ULB. His areas of scientific expertise are coronary physiology and the autonomic regulation of the cardiovascular system. He is also conducting research on the cardiovascular consequences of exposure to various environmental factors (atmospheric pollution, noise, temperature change, etc.).
