Psychologue clinicienne, coach de vie et sexologue, j’accompagne toute personne désireuse de retrouver un équilibre dans sa vie, de vivre des relations harmonieuses et/ou de vivre une sexualité qui leur correspond. Pour cela, je vous ouvre un espace d’écoute et de parole libre, sans jugement ni tabou, pour partir à l’exploration de vous-même. Dans cet espace, je vous rencontre là où vous en êtes et vous accompagne à votre rythme vers votre objectif.

Je peux vous accompagner, par exemple, à :

- Dépasser une difficulté sexuelle (baisse de désir, absence de plaisir, douleurs, vaginisme, difficultés à maitriser son excitation)

- Mieux communiquer avec votre partenaire

- Enrichir votre vie sexuelle

- Vous libérer des injonctions sociales, de la honte ou du dégout…

- Augmenter votre confiance, amour et estime de vous

- Vous réconcilier et vous reconnecter avec votre corps

- Adapter votre sexualité suite à des évènements de vie (maladie, grossesse, ménopause…)

Mon approche se veut douce, bienveillante, authentique mais est aussi orientée vers l’action. Mon travail se nourrit de diverses approches théoriques et pratiques (TCC, sexocorporelle, sexofonctionnelle, langage de l'amour, langage érotique, thérapie mosaic…).

Je vous reçois tous les lundis et mardis dans mon cabinet à Uccle, les mercredis en visioconférence et jeudis et les vendredis au Centre Médical MesaCosa à Etterbeek.

Tout rendez-vous annulé moins de 48h à l’avance sera dû.

Psychologue diplômée, j’exerce en tant qu’indépendante au sein de mon cabinet, où j’accompagne adolescents, adultes et couples dans une démarche d’écoute, de compréhension et de changement.

Mon approche se veut bienveillante, personnalisée et centrée sur la relation thérapeutique. Ainsi, il peut s'agir d'un accompagnement ponctuel comme d'un accompagnement sur du plus long therme.

Spécialisée en psychologie clinique, j’interviens sur diverses problématiques telles que l'addiction, l’anxiété, la dépression, les troubles relationnels, les transitions de vie (divorce, naissance, deuil,...) ou encore les questionnements identitaires.

Chaque accompagnement est unique : je propose un cadre sécurisant et confidentiel pour permettre à chacun d’exprimer ses difficultés, d’explorer ses ressources, et d’avancer à son rythme vers un mieux-être.

Je consulte en français et en espagnol, en présentiel à Laeken. La vidéo consultation est également possible si nécessaire.

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Après avoir obtenu mon bachelier d’orientation psychanalytique en France, j’ai ensuite poursuivi mon Master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles. Sensible aux questions du traumatisme psychique, je viens de terminer la formation aux cliniques du psychotraumatisme du Centre Chapelle-aux-Champs. En tant que psychologue clinicienne, j’accorde une importance primordiale au respect de l’autre et au travail de co-construction rendu possible grâce au lien de confiance. J’accueille des adolescents et des adultes en français et en bulgare de 8h à 14h le samedi matin.

I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).
