Mijn naam is Stien Flossy en ik ben (sport)diëtiste met een passie voor zowel gezonde voeding als het behalen van sportieve prestaties.

Met 20 jaar ervaring in atletiek op hoog niveau heb ik niet alleen geleerd wat het betekent om te presteren, maar blijf ik zelf ook actief zoeken naar nieuwe sportieve uitdagingen. Deze ervaring en mijn liefde voor sport zet ik in om anderen te helpen hun eigen doelen te bereiken.

Mijn opleiding voedings- en dieetkunde volgde ik aan de UCLL in Leuven, waarna ik me verder heb gespecialiseerd in de sportvoeding aan de HAN University of Applied Science en heb ik ook het ISAK Level 1-certificaat behaald in Nijmegen. Ook heb ik mijn kennis rond sportvoeding verder verdiept bij de Barça Innovation Hub Universitas. Omdat ik geloof in de kracht van voortdurende ontwikkeling, blijf ik me jaarlijks bijscholen om up-to-date te blijven in dit vakgebied.

Bij mij kun je terecht voor uiteenlopende voedingsvragen: of je nu wilt afvallen, gezond wilt eten, gewicht wilt aankomen, last hebt van maag- of darmaandoeningen, te hoog cholesterol hebt, allergieën hebt, zwanger bent of op zoek bent naar advies over sportvoeding.
